My son, daughter-in-law and myself spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. The room was large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. I can’t say enough about how courteous and helpful the entire staff was. Each and every person always greeted us with a bright “Hello” or “Is there anything I can do for you?” The hotel location was great for walking to many points of interest.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a small hotel that was very clean and had a wonderful staff that was more than willing to assist you.
My teenage daughter and I stayed in a two room suite last April. The hotel, chosen as a bit of a splurge, gave us exactly what we needed.
Upon our arrival, our room was not quite ready – we were 5 hourse before check-in! We were encouraged to have breakfast and to snooze in the bar until the room was ready. Less than an hour later, we were allowed early access, without charge, to a beautiful suite.
The rooms were wrapped in fine fabrics and very pleasant. We enjoyed the coffee/tea pot included, as well as the mini fridge. It was stocked, but we made room for our own and returned it to original before we left.
Service was great. Especially wonderful was a young woman that served the breakfast many mornings. She wasn’t available when we left. I really wanted her to know how much I enjoyed our conversations in perfect English.
We didn’t count on the desk for restaurants, etc., but it looked like others were having fine experiences. We enjoyed the opportunity to eat a light dinner in our room which we brought in from a nearby market almost every evening.
This was a perfect, perfect hotel. As two women traveling alone, we never felt threatened or uncomfortable in the area. It was close to a (much improved) bus stop, as well as the Metro. The whole trip was magical. Our hotel choice made a big difference.
My husband and I stayed at this lovely boutique hotel Aug. 31st for several days. The hotel itself is lovely , the beds are very comfortable with a loveseat at the end by the french doors, the decor is very french and well chosen.
The staff are very nice , my husband and I liked the new member named Dominic , this young man was always pleasant and prepared to go out of his way to be helpful.
The hotel is as it’s been written before is close to everything , shopping , restaurants and of course all the main sights.
Around the corner is this terrific restaurant named ” Chez Andre “
The lady that runs the establishment is especially nice and is helpful to non- speaking french customers.
There is a restaurant on the right end of the street that I don’t recommend, you will always find a long line up of locals waiting to go in to this restaurant I think it was entrocote ———. We did make it in one evening when there became a lull in the line-up
we also discovered that there are NO Menu’s everyone is served the same dish … Steak & Frites with an ugly brownish, green sauce. all you can eat which is obviously the draw to this establishment.. On the other hand if you like this bland menu , get ready to stand in line for a long time.
This hotel is perfect for those who want to walk to the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes) and the Arc de Triomphe (15 minutes). Beautiful tree-lined street with upscale fashion stores and quiet neighborhood. We walked to dinner at night and ate outside with views of the Eiffel Tower lit up. Stunning.
The staff was pleasant and friendly. Very small, boutique hotel. Breakfast tables were small and close together, but that must be how they do it in France. Nice little French breakfast with croissants, jambon et fromage.
We had a suite for our 4 year old daughter and it was very spacious and perfect for our family. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again the next time we go to Paris.
The hotel is well presented and in excellent location with a good variety of restaurants nearby.
We stayed in a standard room which is on the small size but had everything required and a good ensuite bathroom. The decor is “very busy” but this adds to the charm of the room.
Breakfast is in a small but cosy breakfast room and only a continental option is available but everything was fresh and there is a good variety and plenty to eat. The staff are charming with good English spoken and unifromly polite and very helpful.
We would certainly go back again and recommend it
