Stayed here for 3 nights. Location was great – we got the Roissybus from Charles de Gaulle Airport and it takes you directly to Rue Scribe, beside Opera, a couple of hundred yards from the Hotel. Staff very welcoming and informative and had good English and willing to use it. Room and ensuite very clean and comfortable. Heating and cooling system worked well. TV had BBC News and CNN in English, also Italian, German and of course French Channels. Free WiFi was available throughout. Lounge area was small but comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and perfectly adequate. Less than 10 mins walk to the Louvre, 5 mins to Galeries Lafyette (Department Store).
I spent 3 nights at this hotel coming from aix-en-provence. It is a clean, quiet and cozy hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is located at an excellent spot very convenient to move around Paris. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
I booked this hotel on some random hotel website, last minute the day of my arrival in Paris. They gave us room 300, supposedly 100s are the best rooms on the floors. Anyway, it was tres magnifique. Very clean, very stylish and in the middle of everything! The bed was much more comfortable than anything I ever laid on!!!
The only improvement would be to bring in some ammenities such as a sauna or a whirlpool.
You have to keep in mind that I paid only 100 euro for a 450 euro room!
We stayed four nights in December and I was very impressed, especially for the price.
All staff was very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean, modern and in good condition complete with a great course and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was good, just like the situation. Overall, this hotel deserves its 4 stars.
I go into this hotel for about 6 years for business and service has always been first class. I also brought my family here for Christmas and the children have always been treated well. I have only just book a room with my wife and children in December. The staff, especially the porter, that I finally know well over the years, and the hotel are highly recommended from me.
