We booked this hotel due to its central location as we only had a short time in Paris. It is in a great area for exploring central Paris by foot and the 6th arrondissement itself has a lot to offer with many shops and cafes in the vicinity. Regarding the hotel itself, for the most part we were pleased with our choice. The four of us in one room were not cramped, the decor of the room was very pleasant and the beds comfortable. The marble bathroom was surprisingly large and it was very clean. The air conditioning was in perfect order thankfully, as the weather was very hot during our stay. On the downside, breakfast was not brilliant although the waiting staff were lovely. We would definitely use the hotel again but we would request a different room. The reason for this is our room was the only one on the ground floor at the back of the hotel and instead of having a window with a view of the street, it had a window of sorts facing onto a tiny internal courtyard. This was disappointing but not enough to put us off coming back if we had an upstairs room of the same quality. The Kayser bakery across the street is really worth a visit!
