(Tripadvisor Review) Au Manoir Saint Germain des Pres Hotel : Lovely hotel

This was my third trip to Paris and, of the 3 hotels, this is the one I’ll recommend to friends. Lovely and safe neighborhood, very nice room, convenient to Metro, lots of restaurants (head to the right as you leave the hotel for a good selection of some less expensive ones). Appreciated the mini-fridge, which we stocked with drinks from the Monoprix around the corner (Monoprix has a grocery in the back of the basement where you can pick up a 6-pack of water for under a euro; the front of the basement has a large section of prepared foods you could picnic with). Hotel staff helpful, spoke English well. We appreciated the fresh fruits at breakfast and the free internet hookup in room (we brought our own computer).
