With young chef Yannik Tessier at the helm, having the experience of both a chef and patisserie chef, the restaurant offers a simple and natural gournmet cuisine. After several years working for Michelin star restaurants, Yannick enjoys looking for the perfect mixes for his dishes, such as Aubrac beef with vanilla salt, turbot with artichokes, making hiis dishes fresh, original and unexpected!
